He is survived by: his children, Hovel Pedro Salinas of Porterville, CA, Salvador S Salinas of Federal Way, WA and Dalia Salinas-Tejada of Midland, TX; his siblings, Teresa Franco of Houston, TX and Artemio Franco of Houston, TX.; his grandchildren, Alejandra Salinas, Jose Alejandro Salinas, Hovel S. Salinas and Arianna Tejeda; and his stepgrandchildren, Jaime Gibson, Adrianna Gibson, Rose Gibson, Aaron Tejeda, Andrew Tejeda, Elena Jimenez, Javier Jimenez, Logan Cassimir, Alexander Cassimir and Liam Cassimir.
