It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn Herschel Benton of Odessa, Texas, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel A. Benton and Francell E. Benton; his brother Ronnie H. Benton (Carol L. Benton); his daughter Kim G. Orosco; and his brothers-in-law, Scott Griffin and Paul Nichols.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Louise Benton; his brother Ricky (Anease Benton) of Midland, Texas; his sisters-in-law, Connie Nichols and Shelly Griffin of Odessa; his son-in-law Robert Orosco Sr. of Odessa, Texas.; his grandsons, Robert Orosco Jr. (Danyelle) of Odessa, Texas and Jordan Orosco (Amy) of Midland, Texas.; and his great grandchildren, Robert Kendall, Bladyn, Kyson, Bolton and Edie Orosco.
