It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eduardo Ruiz (Odessa, Texas), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Margarita Ruiz. He is survived by: his father Socorro Ruiz; his spouse Etelvina Ruiz; his children, Daniel Ruiz, Erika Ruiz, Alejandra Ruiz, Sabrina Samaniego and Margarita Ruiz; and his siblings, Juan Valenzuela (Annie), Maria Elena Valenzuela, Veronica Palomino and Patricia Ruiz.
