He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Pelopero and Florita Laluma. He is survived by: his wife Nena Andres; his daughter Joy; his grandson Rowin Quinn; his brother Mamerto; his sisters-in-law, Rosemarie of Odessa, TX and Marilou; and his sisters, Edna of Odessa, TX and Flora. He is also survived by his family and friends.

Memorials may be given to Edna, Nena, or Joy Pelopero.
