It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Lee Wein of Odessa, Texas, born in Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Wein of Monahans; her children, Phylis and George Ray; and her sisters, Wanda, Jerry and Karen.

She is survived by: her children, Joyce Iliya (Sam) of Dallas, Marvin Wein of Morgan Hill, CA, Janet Reed (Floyd) of Kyle and Tara Wein of Odessa; her sister Nelda Hill of Las Vegas, NV; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Wein of Odessa. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
