He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Charles Haney and Wanda Faye Thiebaud; and his brother Elton Charles Haney. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Rocky Haney, Michelle Haney (Diego), Kristina Nicolas (Elbis) and Melissa Looney (Kendra); his grandchildren, Joshua Looney (Leah), Bailey Haney, Nicholas Silva (Camila), Michael Haney, Bishop Looney and Stevie Ryann Looney; his great grandchildren, Everett Looney and Malibu Silva; his sister Judith Tice; his daughter-in-law Amanda Paradeaux; his adoptive mother Jane Stevenson; and his friends, Mark Payne, Robert Clinton and Richard Cooper. He is also survived by aunts and uncle; and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (709 N Lee Ave, Odessa, TX 79761). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762).
