We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2018, at the age of 91, Charlene Elizabeth Charsha (Odessa, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Opal; her stepfather Watson Dickey; her husband Grover; her sister Jacklyn Lathram of Hobbs, NM; her daughters, Deborah Charsha-May (Allan May), Annette Pippin, Kim Charsha (Alan Hahn), Kandis Charsha (Dave Thomas) and Cherie Charsha; and her grandmother Ada Steele. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandsons, two great-granddaughters who will be born this fall, and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a contribution to a charity for the developmentally disabled in your area.
