Carmon Elaine Koonce Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmon Elaine Koonce of Odessa, Texas, born in Waco, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. W. Pruett and Clara Garrison; and her husband Don B. Koonce. She is survived by: her children, Larry (Suzanne) and Shannon Turnbow (Steven); her grandchildren, Christopher, John and Kayla Koonce; her children, Sophie, Seth, Shelby Rivas and Spur Turnbow; and her brother David Pruett (Cheryl).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sherwood Church of Christ (4900 N Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79762). A committal service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762).
