As Barbara departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Barbara. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Albert and Essie Mae Haller; and her grandmother Mawmaw (Mollymaw). She is survived by: her husband Wilber Ray Kevil; and her children, Laurie Chambers, Steven Kevil (Joelle Kevil) and Cindy Goins (Brent Goins). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and caregivers.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (6801 E, I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762).
