She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Allen and Mattie Christine "Kidd" Brookshire Pullin; her husband R. N. "Junior" Whitley; and her daughter-in-law Doris. She is survived by: her son Weldon Whitley of Odessa, TX; her grandchildren, Glenn Whitley (Darlene) of Robert Lee, TX and DeAnna Ramos (Ruben) of Admiral, TX; and her sisters-in-law, Billie Ruth Bishop of Winters, TX and Lois Bredemeyer of San Angelo, TX. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 20 great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Sherwood Church of Christ (4900 N Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79762).
