He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bennie Vela, Sr., Money Hernandez and Virginia Vasquez; and his great-grandparents, Thomas and Juanita Chapa.
He is survived by: his parents, John Hernandez, Jr. and Irene Vela; his children, Lily Hernandez, Miguel Hernandez, Raelynn Hernandez, Atreyu Hernandez, Untred Hernandez, Christopher Hernandez, Ely Hernandez and Kennon Hernandez; his siblings, Gabriella Solis, Eric Hernandez, Adrian Hernandez, Raudel Solis, Jr. and Orly Solis; and his grandmother Aurora Vela. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
