He was predeceased by: his parents, Nieves Guerra and Carmen Guerra; and his brother Alejandro Guerra. He is survived by: his wife Carmela Guerra; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Eder Holguin; his daughter Barbara; his son-in-law Thomas Finnegan; and his sister Patricia Guerra.
