He was predeceased by: his father Estel James Busch; and his stepfather Joe Roper. He is survived by: his children, Michell Gohlke of Corpus Christi and Jason Busch of Corpus Christi; his grandchildren, Colton Gohlke, Conner Gohlke and Jason Busch, Jr.; his sister Darlene Teat (Mike) of Corpus Christi; his stepbrother Keith Roper (Connie) of Corpus Christi; and also Donna Howard of Corpus Christi.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors in memory of Kenneth "Bubba" Busch.
