He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tomas Garcia and Carmen Garcia (Pena); his siblings, Tomas Garcia and Andrea Navarrete; his wife Elena Juarez Garcia of Odem, Texas; his children, Aurora Morin (Carlos) of Odem, Texas, Raymond Juarez Garcia (Marcia) of Odem, Texas, Isar Garcia (Monica) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Alonzo Garcia (Christina) of San Antonio, Texas and Francisco Garcia Jr. (DeeAnn) of Odem, Texas; and his sisters, Carmen Gordova (Gregorio) of Odem, Texas, Janie Ybarra (Agapito) of Alvin, Texas, Lucy Garcia Houze of Missouri City, Texas, Irma Rodriguez of Corpus Christi, Texas and Anita Garcia of Alvin, Texas. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
