Ortiz of Odem, Texas, born in Edroy, Texas, who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Magdalena Rodriguez Ortiz; his parents, Ventura Ortiz and Margarita Ortiz; and his siblings, Gilberto, Pauline Morales, Jesus, Elena, Demecio, Anselmo, Lupe Nino, Dora Alvarez and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee Ortiz (Sabrina Rodriguez) of Channelview, Alicia Martinez of Odem and Tina Harris (Eric) of Crosby, Texas; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Freeman, Gabriella Ortiz, Samantha Ortiz and Isabella Ortiz; and his great grandchild Alison Pham.
