He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frutoso Garcia and Francisca Garcia (Lopez); his wife Thelma A. Garcia of Odem, Texas; his daughter Reabecca Marie Garcia of Odem, Texas; and his siblings, Leonardo Garcia of Odem, Texas, Flora Rangel of Dallas and Susie Moreno of Ft. Worth, Texas. He was also cherished by extended family members and friends.
