He is survived by: his mother Violet Viola Cain Upton of Palestine; his wife Jane Bruce Upton of Oakwood, Texas; his children, Marion Upton of Beeville, Nora Upton of Palestine, Texas and Robert Martin of Palestine, Texas; his grandchildren, Chris Upton, Austin White, Jr. and Krysta Upton; and his siblings, Kenneth Upton, Robert Upton, Jerry Lynn Partida and Barbara Upton Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
