She is survived by: her siblings, Mildred, Bonnie, Doris, Clara, Herman, Lloyd and Frank; her nephew Ronald Ragsdale; her grandson James Ragsdale (late James Ragsdale); her brother-in-law Maurice Carroll; her son Ronald; her husband James; her daughters, Deborah Ragsdale-McGill, Denise Ragsdale, Wanda Ragsdale-Bland and Beverly Ragsdale-Swinney; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Ragsdale; her grandchildren, Stacey Ragsdale-Moore, Elteainte Ragsdale, Rahman McGill, Arien Ragsdale, Armand Bland, Mariah Bland and Luqman Swinney; her grandson-in-law Michael Moore; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Jordan Moore, Elteainte, Jr., Kimani, Zahir, Zoey, Kwalee Ragsdale and Ronald Ragsdale, II. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and relatives.
