He was predeceased by: his parent Bertha; his son Donnie Ray Durham, Jr.; his grandparents, Bessie Henry, Sylvester Durham and Callie Woodard; and his brothers-in-law, Horace Sapp, Eddie Jones, John Mims and Robert Lewis.
He is survived by: his spouses, Cheryl Lusk and Burnett Sandifer of Palestine, Texas; his children, Jordan Durham of Palestine, Texas and Sandie Durham of Nacogdoches, Texas; his sisters, Gennelle Mosley, Brenda Sapp, Hellen Durham-Jones, Cathey Lewis, Mary Mims, Anna L. Durham (Tommy Bailey) and Terri Abrams (Wayne); his aunts, Helen Durham, Mary Durham and Fort Worth; his grandchild Donnie Durham III; and his mother-in-law Pauline Sandifer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
