She is survived by: her parents, Augustine Mizenko and Helen Kalinchak Mizenko; her husband Bill Churchman; her children, Michelle Cook (Pleze) of Palestine and Kyle Churchman of Oakwood; her siblings, Maryann Gartner, Augustine "Gus" Mizenko and Thomas Mizenko; her grandchildren, Haley Kimbrough, Kaitlyn Kimbrough, Reginald Kimbrough, Jr., Kayne Churchman and Javory Burns; and her great grandchild Bentley William Petzold.
