He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Gutierrez and Maria Gutierrez (Jimenez); and his son Roel Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Delia Gutierrez (Cortez) of Oakville, Texas.; his children, Rosie Galindo (Herman) of San Antonio, Louis Gutierrez, Jr. of Three Rivers and Jerry Gutierrez (Cristina) of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Oscar, Christian Galindo of San Antonio, Ashley Gutierrez of Kingsville and Amber Gutierrez of Buna; and his great grandchild Ryan Roel Rodriguez of Kingsville.
