He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Watson and Sue Catherine Askew (Coker); his wife Charlotte Askew; and his children, James Askew (Melissa) of Lubbock and Lucy Wessels (Mike) of Robstown. He was also cherished by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
