It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ellis Rogers of Oakhurst, Texas, born in Monahans, Texas, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mothers, Eva Lee Hopp and Audrey "Rod" Ellis Rogers; and his sister Mary Gail Rogers Wipf. He is survived by: his wife Paula Fountain Rogers of Oakhurst; his sons, Bobby, Randy and Richard Rogers; his stepdaughter Megan Elizabeth Clark of St. Louis, Missouri; his pets, Kristina Regay Rogers and Camille Alaina Rogers; his close friends, Dennis, Marge Gunia, Lois Carver, Barbara Koy and James Odom; and his caregiver Carrie Stulting. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
