He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Givens and Early Givens. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Henderson Givens; his daughter Kim Givens-Bang (Jesper Bang); his granddaughters, Danika and Kyra; his sister Denise Ashworth; his sister-in-law Patti Means; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Means, Dusty Ashworth, Randi Ashworth and Marissa Ashworth.
