He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Collins and Geradine Collins; and his sister Cheryl Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Tina Hogue Collins; his son William Wright Collins (Michelle); his grandsons, Christian Petter (Destiny Ram), Nicholas Collins and Matthew Collins; and his great grandchildren, Aria Petter and Alaia Petter. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
