He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Benjamin Cowart and Callie Mae Caswell Cowart; his siblings, Frank, Leno, Cecil, Oran (Buggy), Doyle Cowart, Betty Street, Ruby Cowart, Bessie Gloss and Bertha Joplin; his former wife Jeanice Cowart; his grandson Kelby Leon Cowart; his wife Cecilia Cowart; his children, Deborah Chreene (Roger Dale), Calvin Leon Cowart (Tamaria), Ann McCool (Ben), Tommy Runyon (Sonya) and Sally Skelton (Bryan); his brother Bennie Joe Cowart (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Jessica Chreene, Teresa Chreene, Jodie Toole (Derek), Hobie Cowart, Ethan Cowart (Carolyn), Kaci McCool, Morgan McCool, Zack Fletcher, Travis Morrison, Clayton Morrison, John Runyon, Brittany Runyon, Brandon Runyon, Wyatt Runyon, Cody Bosler, Ashley Bosler, Hayley Skelton, Morris Garrett and Erica Garrett. He was also cherished by 23 great-grandchildren along with numerous other relatives and friends.
