He was predeceased by: his parent Leo V., Sr.; and his sibling Carol Brown. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Lombardo (Coughlin); his parent Laura A. Lombardo (Cavanaugh); his children, Christopher M. Lombardo (Beth) of Norton, Mary E. Lizotte (Wade) of Rehoboth, Denise M. Curran (Greg) of North Attleboro and Jonathan L. Lombardo of Norton; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Michaela, Jordan, Abigayle, Michael, Daniel, Leo, Owen, Josh, Patrick and Nora. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Leo's family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the Dana -Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave, Boston MA 02215.
