He was predeceased by: his parents, Oran Paul Tadlock and Fannie Case (Vaught); his wife Dorothy Tadlock; his son Robbie Lee Tadlock (Tadlock); and his siblings, Billie Jean Collins and Tommie Tadlock.
He is survived by: his children, Chance Wayne Tadlock of North Zulch, Vadin Luther Tadlock of Montrose, Colorado, Aleiza Kelly (Gene) of Woodward, Lori Maxine Mann (Mike) of Crossett, Murphy (Roy) of Midway, Texas and Bobbie Sue Homer of North Zulch, Texas; his brother Jackie Lee Tadlock of Birmingham, Alabama; and his pet Aggie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
