He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Johnson and Georgia Johnson; his siblings, Mary Lou, Martha Leigh, Mildred, Morris, Marie and Melvin; his great grandchild Stephen; and his friend Jake Howard.

He is survived by: his wife Louise; his daughters, Debra Guidroz (Tony), Dianne Higginbotham, Donna Blossman (Jack) and Angie Gorsuch (Keith); his grandchildren, Jessica Williams (Brad), William Cade (Brooke), Ryan Guidroz, Logan Guidroz (Kathryn), Cory Rixse, Aaron Rixse (Shelby), Britney Rixse, Brandy Thiel (Chad), Laura Weeks (Randy), Jake, Jacob and Kenzie Howard; his siblings, Margaret Pollett and Billy Jack Johnson (Mary); and his nephew Billy Johnson. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many other nieces and nephews.
