He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Frank Mead, Jr. and Grace Emily (Pat); his wife Caroline Sue Vaughn; his sibling Dawn Mead; his grandparents, Joseph Frank Mead Sr., Pearl Jane Debolt, William Sanderson (Willie) and Grace Maude Wilson; his son Connie Sue O'Neil; his wife Caroline Mead (Vaughn); his sons, William David Mead Jr. and Joseph Kenneth Mead; his stepson Christopher Lee Parker; his sister Sue Ann Mead; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Noah Mead, Tyler, Matthew Parker, Justin, Lanee and Hunter Scott; and his nieces and nephews, Emily Jayne Mead, Cathi Mead, Cindy Marie Jordan (Julian), Mike Julian and Mark Julian. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
