He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Frank of Evansville, Indiana and Don Cull Sr. of Louisville, Kentucky; his niece Mary Vincent; his nephew Don Cull Jr.; his great-nieces, Heather Mucci, Ashley Vincent and Emily Priddy; his daughters, Cyndi Duggar (Jeff) and Nancy; his niece Tina Flavin (Victor); his son Terry (Vicky); and his grandchildren, Travis, James, Chad, Christina, Sara and Jessica of Texas. He is also survived by nine great-nieces, one great-great-nephew.
