She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Hagar Bagwell and Myrle E. Bagwell; and her husband Vaughn Gaylon Kankey of Oxford, Arkansas.. She is survived by: her sister Loretta Bagwell Poston; her children, Deborah Kankey Blount (Robert Blount) and Greg Kankey (Tauna Huntley Kankey); her grandchildren, Steven Crandall, Matthew Crandall, Rachel Kankey, Rebecca Kankey and Jacob Kankey; and her siblings, Armilda McCormack of Walawala, Nettie Tipton of Mountain Home and Lonnie Bagwell of Norfork, Arkansas.. She is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home (5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034, USA). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
