It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Samsill (North Richland Hills, Texas), born in Breckenridge, Texas, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Culpepper and Pearl Culpepper. She is survived by: her children, Mark Samsill (Kelle) and Susan Samsill Vogl (Craig); and her grandchildren, Brian, Matthew, Zachary Vogl, Tyler, Colton, Katie Samsill, Carolyn Samsill and Wanda Fetchner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
