With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Leota Hodges of North Richland Hills, Texas, born in Cleveland, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Leota left this world on April 1, 2025 at the age of 104, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Keith Thompson; her parents, George Stach and Edna Stach; her siblings, Lyman Stach, Vernon Stach, Margaret Louise Stach, Geneva McSwane and Gerry Stach; and her siblings-in-law, Joe McKissick, Douglas McSwane and Minnie Stach.
She is survived by: her son Shane Hodges (Jodi); her sister Mary Lou McKissick; her grandchildren, Jason Leiseth (Kendra), Trae Hodges and Maci Pond (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Sloane, Jack and Troy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Legacy Church of Christ (8801 Mid Cities Blvd, North Richland Hills, TX 76182). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery.
