He is survived by: his mother Wanda Mollett; his wife Sarah Curtis; his daughter Kira Keifer; his stepparents, Jerry Mollett of Olive Hill and Micaela Curtis of Mansfield, Ohio; his siblings, Lindsay Curtis of Mansfield, Ohio, Ryan Patterson of Mansfield, Cody Mollett of Watauga, Texas and Josh Tucker of Delaware, Ohio; his stepsister Kasey Webb (Dallas) of Belton, Texas; his grandparents, Jan and Darlene Evans of Mansfield, Ohio; and his aunts and uncles, Randy Evans (Zen) of Mansfield, Ohio, Clifford Wilson of Mansfield, Ohio, Joann Eckstein (Alan) of Mansfield and Carol Ann Clement (Tom) of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
