She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Elizabeth and James Weldon Higginbotham; and her husband Fred Dean Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Ballard, Lindsay Williams and Leslie Duncan (Mitch); and her grandchildren, Jacob Ballard (Brittany), Colson Ballard (Ashley), Clayton Ballard (Helen), Ethan and Maddie Duncan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home (1321 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76053). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home Chapel (1321 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76053).
