We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2024, at the age of 67, Joel Lee Allen of North Richland Hills, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edsel Audrey Allen; his brother Eddie Allen; and his stepfather Alfred Franklin. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Jean Allen-Franklin (Scott); his wife Susan Balinda Allen (France); his daughters, Stacey Betts (Kelly Betts) and Katherine Allen; his stepdaughters, Junita Hamilton (James Hamilton), Sandy Blackman (Steve Blackman) and Amanda Marshall (Michael Marshall); his son Jonathan Wiley; his stepsons, James Bennett Jr. (Chloe Bennett), Argus Bennett, Anthony Hoefelmeyer and James Hoefelmeyer; his siblings, Jeannie Summers, Stephen Allen and Clifford Franklin; and his friends, William and Talese Stone. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
