He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Page Viola; his daughters, Tina Kelsey (Shawn Kelsey) and Donna Guy (Eric Guy); his grandchildren, Taylor Kelsey, Jacquelyn Connell, Hunter Kelsey, Savannah, Adam Kemp, Skyler Vincent, Christopher, Dominic, Payton Viola and Riley Wayman; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Kelsey, Cash Kelsey and Oliver Kemp.
