He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Clarkson and Veda Mae Clarkson (Hayter); his sister Betty Terry; his brother-in-law Wayland Terry; his grandson Zachary Nelson; and his great grandchild Joel Scheidegger.
He is survived by: his family Hurst; his wife Sandra "Sandi" Clarkson; his daughters, Dana Baggott (Michael), Dara Nelson (Kevin) and Danielle Taylor (Mike); and his brother-in-law Scott Key (Leeann).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church - Hurst (521 W Pipeline Rd, Hurst, TX 76053). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations may be given to the Stephen Ministry budget at FUMC Hurst at the same address.
