She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolph Smith and Rosabelle Driscoll Smith; her husband Malcolm Webster Pike; her daughter Bonnie Carolyn Pike; and her husband Conrad Veron Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Blockhan Ruh and Malcolm Dan Pike (Debra) of Webster, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Laura Ann Olson, Carmen Danelle Bramlage (Ken), Matthew Peter Blockhan of Texas, Sarah Louise Bauer of Wisconsin, Rashonda Renee Roller (Franklin) of Indiana, Brittany Laine Pike, Heather Michelle Mason (Josh) and Jamin Daniel Pike of Kentucky.
