With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Neal in North Richland Hills, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dorris and Bertha Dorris. She is survived by: her sister Patti Campbell; her brother-in-law Herb Campbell; her nieces, Natalie Fairbanks and Suzanne Howard; and also, Todd Fairbanks and Kevin Howard. She is also survived by great-nieces and a great-nephew.
In honor of Cynthia, the family requests that donations be made to Operation Kindness Pet Rescue (operationkindness.org) in lieu of flowers.
