He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Troy Fulmer of Pleasanton, TX and Tracy; his son-in-law Clint Madewell of Bedford, TX; his sister Ruby; his brother-in-law Tony Diaz; and his grandchildren, Troy Fulmer, II, Ryan Fulmer and Claire Madewell. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and other relatives.
