He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Allen and Dovie Brit Allen; his sister Nancy Allen Dodson (Jack); his nephew George Allen Yeater; and his niece Kimberly Kay Hemphill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Clare Allen Ktendidis (Demetri) of Houston and Jennifer Glyn Allen Lucas (John Lucas) of Deer Park; his grandchildren, Breaux Castleman, Olivia Castleman, Miles Castleman, Madelyn Grace Billetter and Lucas Walter Billetter; and his sisters, Peggy Youngblood (Jimmy) of Normangee and Charlotte Hemphill (Jerry) of Normangee, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Heart of Acara Foundation.
