She was predeceased by: her parents, Alwyn Batson and Lucy Batson; and her husband Charles Wallace Bell. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Waldrip (Tim) of Madisonville, Bubba Bell (Lorraine) of Texarkana and Terry Bell (Melisa) of Richmond; and her siblings, Kenneth Batson (Connie) and Pamela Rogers (Al). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
