He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Elbert and Myrtle Mae Ruffin Bell; his wife Molly Batson; and his children, Brenda Waldrip (Tim) of Madisonville, Bubba Bell (Lorraine) of Texarkana and Terry Bell (Melisa) of Richmond. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
