It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn E. Wright (Normangee, Texas), born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dell Wright Sr.; her son Skip Wright (Dell Jr); her mother Alma Caperton; her uncle Earl; her aunt Helen Hagar; and her brother Wayne Weathers.

She is survived by: her children, Jamey Wright and Penny Hood; and her sister Bernice Mellen. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
