He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim and Shirley Cowger; and his uncle Duke Burgay. He is survived by: his parent Crystal Lewis; his grandfather Dennis Lewis; his uncles, Richard Lewis (Glenda) and Bo Emley (Jenny); his cousins, Kim and Lonnie Wright; his great-uncle Billy; his aunt Peggy Murry; and his friend Kaakey. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
