Cook, Lexi Cook and Hazynn Hannon; his grandparents, Larry, Polly Hannon, Charles, Catherine Cook, Barbara Busa and Jerry Parker; his great-grandparents, Jim, Velma Morales, Betty Busa, Sharon Hannon and Marge Stubbs; his aunts and uncles, Charlie Cook, Clayton Cook, Devin Hannon, Cahil Cook, Breanne Mosley and Caitlin Hannon; his great-grandparent Beulah Cook; and his great-uncle Billy Ray Busa. He is also survived by numerous cousins, relatives and friends.
