He was predeceased by: his parents, Hertha Buesing and John Buesing; his wife Connie; his siblings, Janice Level and Kirby Buesing; his daughter Wendi Buesing; and his son-in-law Jacob Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Sue Ryan (Micheal), Jennifer J. Jones (Steven), Sharon E. Garcia, Diana D. Ramberansingh (Nigel), Lynda K. Cerulli (Buck), Ralph E. Hines Jr. (Tabitha) and Ray E. Hines (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Joseph Garcia, Madeline E. Garcia, Macey Hines, Hayden Ryan, Jacob Brijalba, Grace Ramberansingh, Samantha McGarity-Hines, Hunter McGarity-Hines, Wyatt Hicks, Tinsley Rose Payne, Lauren Gates, Sarah Euler, Desiray Hines, Justin W. Hines, Brooklynn Carter, Rebekah Carter, Lilly Hines, Trevor Smith, Jesse Smith, Jacob Jones, Cody Jones and EmmaRay Jones. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Finch Funeral Chapel (212 E Main St, Yorktown, TX 78164). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Runge Cemetery (1300 Helena St, Runge, TX 78151).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to Nordheim Fire Department, 106 Broadway, Nordheim, TX 78141, an organization Wayne supported for years.
