He is survived by: his children, Frank Daugherty, Bryan Daugherty of Liberty Hill, TX, Daniel Perdue of Nolanville, Edwin Perdue of Germany and Monica McKinney; and his sister Betty Shearing of Oregon. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
